She has headed up people development projects, consulted extensively to businesses and has led the development and scaling of teams and functions through high growth start up environments.
She has a double degree in Business Management/Arts from the University of Queensland and is currently completing a Masters in Coaching Psychology with the University of Sydney. Jess is passionate about progressive leadership, empowering growth in others and she works at her best in a fast and ever-changing environment.
She is currently heading up a new venture providing leadership development training, coaching and gender quality services to both individuals and businesses.
