Biography

Yega is an accomplished academic and legal practitioner who runs his own practice. He was a former judicial member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.  He successfully designed Mental Health Law electives for ACU and WSU. In addition to teaching at UBSS he also teaches at Macquarie University and Australian Catholic University.  He is also an oral assessor in Property, Family, Legal Responsibility, Ethics and Civil Litigation for the College of Law.  He is admitted as a solicitor in NSW and a Barrister  in London UK at the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn.
