With over 40 years of experience, Irene Mendoza has managed and led culturally diverse teams across key industries.  Her expertise spans the airport/aviation, distribution, and logistics sectors in the Middle East, and the banking and education domains in Australia.Her focus has been on mentoring and guiding project/organisational teams.

She has expertise in developing and improving learning and assessment resources.Her educational acumen further extends to teaching comprehensive leadership and management qualifications.  These credentials are offered to international students and through Executive MBA programs tailored to domestic students.  As an advocate for growth, she mentors educators and assessors and conducts workshops and seminars to instil best practices. These efforts aim to facilitate students' journeys,encourageenriching learning experiences, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment, prioritising the diverse needs of learners and creating an inclusive and conducive space that propels them toward optimal learning outcomes.
