Peter Wallace is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent corporate advisory company. Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, directorships, succession/exit planning and business valuations.
Peter’s career spans corporate advisory, private equity, non-executive directorships, financial control and general management.
Prior to establishing Endeavour Capital in 1998, Peter was an Investment Director with Hambro-Grantham. He has been Managing Director of a listed private equity company. He has over twenty-five years experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses and has been a non-executive director of over 20 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and retail.
Peter is currently non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and non-executive director The Executive Connection Pty Ltd.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountant Business Valuation Specialist, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
