Simon is on several University advisory boards, bringing his commercial and leadership experience to the development of the MBA program.
Simon Shenton
Simon is originally from the UK moving to his new home in Melbourne in 2017, and is a keen model maker and painter.
He started work after leaving school in 1985, and quickly found his passion and ability for management, working from the ground up to become a branch manager at a high street bank.
His passion from communicating with others led him to become part of the leadership team that developed and delivered training for retail stores across the UK and the US, improving customer service and the leadership for over 200 stores.
Since then Simon has led Sales and marketing team across the UK and Europe, understanding the impact of culture and need to listen to different ideas and concepts, latterly working within the Higher Education space, supporting students and working with faculty to improve the student experience.
